We pride ourselves on providing our young customers with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities. The images in our portfolio represent just a small selection of these activities from past and recent events.

We’re very grateful to everyone who that has given us permission to use these photos on our website. If your children (or adults!) attend future sessions or events, and you’d prefer them not to be included on our photos, please just let us know. You have our solemn word that we will never deliberately do anything that might upset you or your children.

However, if you do have photos from any of our events that you’re happy to share, please get in touch. We’d love to see them!

The ‘Evolution of Woody’, soon to be the Pony Zone’s very solid and reliable teaching assistant. I had a germ of an idea a while ago about creating a wooden horse to use in my classes. Not as large as the Trojan horse, but just as useful. I eventually found a few designs that I liked that I thought could be adapted to meet my requirements.

The first few photos in Woody’s portfolio show the what inspired my design. And the subsequent gallery shows my ideas being brought to life by a local, independent designer and skilled craftsman, Glen.

Thanks also to Jane, a lovely local lady who invited me into her home one day, She helped me decide on the best, most affordable way to put the mane and tail on to our wooden horse. Hopefully Glen can do something similar to what is shown in the last photo above. The cord will be easy for small or large hands to work with. It’s a great colour and being 5mm thick it should make learning to plait a mane and tail in different styles a lot easier.

Can’t wait to see the smiles on the children’s faces when they meet Woody for the first time. I just know they are all going to love him as much as I do.

Creativity is an unrestricted form of self-expression. There is nothing more satisfying and fulfilling for children than to be able to express themselves openly and without judgment. The ability to be creative can also help nurture a child’s emotional well-being.
